Click and Collect
The click and collect option allows you to order online and pick up your purchase at our store. This means you can get your item(s) sooner and without the costs of delivery. However, Self-pickup is subject to stock availability and valid only at store’s normal operating hours and only for orders confirmed via In-Store Order Pickup Notification email. Most orders are ready within three hours, however, please allow for extra processing time for items requiring assembly or for large orders. Click and Collect order should be collected within 7 working days upon notification. Goods are non-refundable after 7 working days if no one is available to collect.
Note: Please ensure the delivery address, receiver’s name and contact numbers are accurate and complete (including any business name if delivering to a work address) so that the delivery can be made on schedule. You can also specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace or to your friends.
Delivery
Please note that time-scales for delivery and delivery charges is vary depending on the availability of the items ordered, and your address. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we reserve the right to consider that you have rejected delivery and that the Contract is therefore cancelled. In the event of cancellation of the Contract for non-delivery, kindly contact us within 7 days, failure of contact which your item will be forfeited.
Local Delivery
For Melaka, deliveries are mostly done within 2-5 business days. (Orders submitted on Friday or a day before a public holiday at 4:30pm onwards will be processed on following business day).
Outstation Delivery
Deliveries to other regional States outside of Melaka area will occur in 5-10 working days. (Orders submitted on Friday or a day before a public holiday at 4.30pm onwards will be processed on the following business day).
Split Order Delivery
We are committed to delivering your order as fast as we can. As such, we may split your order into multiple deliveries.
Additional Charges
Customer may be required to pay additional charges if the following additional costs are incurred that were not originally expected during delivery process.
- Idling or waiting for charges
- Delivery rerouting charges
- Unloading charges
- Rescheduling of shipped items
- Cancellation of shipped items
- Partial unloading of shipped items
